lakeside location great breakfast convenient parking nice terrace
the location was a greatest quality. it was right in front the lake. breakfast included a amazing view. parking was convenient, inside the hotel. i enjoyed the terrace and the music.
the number of power sockets was limited. there was no power socket near a table. the tv did not work. an error message was in slovenian.

dirty carpets inadequate air conditioning
the bedroom carpets were old and dirty. the air conditioning was not adequate and my room faced the car park, so i could not open the windows. there were no reception staff when i arrived initially i had to find someone working at the bar to check me in.

easy parking breakfast choice friendly staff
I found parking easy, using the provided key. Breakfast included many options, even sandwiches prepared in advance. Staff addressed requests quickly.
Power sockets were limited, making it hard to work at the table.

bad bathroom smell sewage smell
location is good on the lake. staff was helpful.
the bathroom had a bad smell. i think it was like sewage and it impacted my stay. a plumber was sent, the problem was not resolved.

lovely lakeside stay
delicious breakfast friendly staff
the location allowed easy walks to the town center. the staff were friendly and helpful and i found the included breakfast quite delicious with wonderful coffee and a great deck to enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoon. i really appreciated this.
i noticed a limited number of power sockets and there was no power socket near the table. also, the tv in the room was not working and it displayed an error message in slovenian which i could not understand.
